Furniture & Equipment

From 2027, furniture and equipment for That Gay Creation events can be booked separately from your exhibitor space.

First book your Exhibitor Space through the relevant event booking page. You can then use this catalogue to add the furniture and equipment you need for your setup.

Available Furniture

• Standard Table: 150cm × 75cm

• Large Table: 200cm × 50cm

• Clothing Rail

• Chair

All furniture is available in limited quantities and must be booked for the specific event and trading day on which it is required.

Booking for Multiple Days

Furniture is charged per event day.

If you are exhibiting on both days of a two day event and require the same furniture on both days, you must book the furniture for Day 1 and Day 2 separately.

Bringing Your Own Furniture

You are welcome to bring your own tables, clothing rails, shelving, display units or other equipment at no additional charge.

Your complete setup, including all furniture, displays, stock and signage, must remain entirely within the Exhibitor Space you have booked.

IMPORTANT

This catalogue is for furniture and equipment only. Purchasing furniture does not include or reserve an Exhibitor Space.

You must have a confirmed Exhibitor Space booking for the corresponding event before booking furniture.

Please make sure you select the correct event and event day when placing your order. Furniture booked for one event or trading day is not automatically transferred to another.

• All furniture is subject to availability and may sell out

• Furniture is charged per individual event day

• Quantities must match the number of items you require

• Furniture must remain within your booked Exhibitor Space

• Furniture locations and final stand layouts are determined by the organiser

• Images are for reference purposes and the exact appearance of supplied furniture may vary

• Furniture bookings are only valid alongside a confirmed Exhibitor Space booking

• This Furniture Catalogue applies to That Gay Creation events from 2027 onwards

Cancellation Policy

By booking a space at a That Gay Creation event, you agree to the following:

By Vendor

30+ days before the event:
50% refund

14 to 30 days before the event:
No refund. Your booking may be transferred to another vendor, subject to written approval by the organiser.

Less than 14 days before the event:
No refund and no credit.

Event Performance Disclaimer

That Gay Creation does not guarantee visitor numbers, footfall, sales or revenue. Vendor fees are for participation only and are non refundable based on event performance or individual sales outcomes.
