Berlin Drag Festival returns to Festsaal Kreuzberg for its Winter Edition on 8 November 2026, bringing together drag, food, music and queer community for a full day in Berlin. Alongside internationally recognised Drag Race stars, Berlin based drag artists and live performances, the Winter Edition will feature our Queer Creators Village with over 100 Berlin based artists, independent retailers, designers, makers and community organisations. We’re looking for a diverse selection of food traders to create an exciting street food experience throughout the day. All food traders are carefully selected to create a balanced mix of cuisines and concepts, avoiding duplicate food offerings wherever possible.

• Only one booking is required per pitch.
• Setup times and arrival information will be sent before the event.
• Traders are responsible for all required food licences, permits and documentation.
• Traders are responsible for keeping their pitch clean throughout the event.
• Electricity is included. Please let us know in advance if you have high power requirements.
• Spaces are limited and applications may be declined if a similar food concept has already been confirmed.

By booking a space at a That Gay Creation event, you agree to the following:

By Vendor

30+ days before the event:
50% refund

14 to 30 days before the event:
No refund. Your booking may be transferred to another vendor, subject to written approval by the organiser.

Less than 14 days before the event:
No refund and no credit.

That Gay Creation does not guarantee visitor numbers, footfall, sales or revenue. Vendor fees are for participation only and are non refundable based on event performance or individual sales outcomes.
