We are selecting a limited number of food traders to ensure a diverse, balanced, and high-quality offering across the event. We’re looking for: Street food concepts, dessert brands, baked goods, international food, sweet treats, savoury snacks, and visually strong food concepts that perform well in a busy, high-footfall environment. We prioritise traders with a clear identity, efficient service, and menus that can handle volume while still feeling considered and exciting. This booking secures your food trader pitch for the event. Event details may be subject to change. Truck size must include your full operational footprint (vehicle, serving area, prep space, and expected queue space).

Cancellation Policy

By booking a space at a That Gay Creation event, you agree to the following:

By Vendor:

30+ days before the event: 50% refund or credit towards a future event

14–30 days before the event: no refund, but the booking may be transferred to another vendor (subject to approval)

Less than 14 days before the event: no refund and no credit

All transfers must be agreed in writing by the Organizer.

Event Performance Disclaimer:
That Gay Creation does not guarantee sales, footfall, or revenue. Vendor fees are for participation only and are non-refundable based on event performance or individual sales outcomes.

By Organizer:

If the event is cancelled by That Gay Creation, a full refund will be issued for any fees paid (minus any stated administrative costs, if applicable)

The Organizer is not responsible for any additional costs or loss of earnings incurred by the Vendor
