The Big Queer Christmas Market offers flexible booking options to suit a wide range of traders, artists and brands. Traders can join us for Saturday, Sunday or the full weekend.

Table Options

If you would like us to provide a table:

• Standard Table: 200cm × 60cm (Limited availability)

Tables are available while stocks last. Once all tables have been booked, only Own Equipment spaces will remain available.

Own Equipment

Prefer to bring your own setup? You can book a space and bring your own table, clothing rail, shelving, display units or other retail equipment. Please ensure all equipment remains within the dimensions of the space booked.

Tattoo Artists

Tattoo artists must book through the dedicated Tattoo Artist category. These bookings include additional working space behind the stand for tattoo beds, chairs and equipment. Tattoo artists booking a Retail Trader space will be allocated a standard trader pitch and will not receive the additional workspace available in the Tattoo Area.

Important Information

•Traders are responsible for bringing tablecloths, extension leads, lighting and any additional display materials required•
•All equipment must remain within the dimensions booked•
•Stall locations are allocated by the organiser. Specific locations cannot be requested or guaranteed•
•Spaces are curated to ensure a diverse and balanced mix of traders•
•Sharing a stand with another business is only permitted with prior written approval•
•Setup and breakdown times will be emailed to all confirmed traders approximately two weeks before the event•
•Traders are responsible for leaving their allocated space clean and removing all waste at the end of the event•
•Traders are responsible for their own equipment, stock and public liability insurance where applicable. That Gay Creation accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage•
•Outdoor spaces operate in all weather conditions unless otherwise advised by the organiser•
•By participating, traders agree that photographs and video footage taken during the event may be used by That Gay Creation for future marketing and promotional purposes•

Cancellation Policy

By booking a space at a That Gay Creation event, you agree to the following:

By Vendor

30+ days before the event:
50% refund

14 to 30 days before the event:
No refund. Your booking may be transferred to another vendor, subject to written approval by the organiser.

Less than 14 days before the event:
No refund and no credit.

Event Performance Disclaimer

That Gay Creation does not guarantee visitor numbers, footfall, sales or revenue. Vendor fees are for participation only and are non refundable based on event performance or individual sales outcomes.

That Gay Creation is not responsible for any additional costs, travel expenses, accommodation costs or loss of earnings incurred by the vendor.
