Cologne Drag Festival offers flexible booking options to suit a wide range of traders, artists and brands across our two day festival weekend.

Table Option

If you would like us to provide a table, you can book:

• Large Table: 200cm

Tables are available while stocks last. Once all available tables have been booked, only Own Equipment spaces will remain available.

Own Equipment

Prefer to bring your own setup? You can book a space and bring your own table, clothing rail, shelving, display units or other retail equipment. Please ensure all equipment remains within the dimensions of the space booked.

Booking Days

Trader spaces can be booked for:

• Saturday, 26 September 2026
• Sunday, 27 September 2026
• Full Weekend, 26 + 27 September 2026

Full Weekend bookings cover both festival days. Weekend traders will keep the same allocated trading space across both days.

Tattoo Artists

Tattoo artists must book through the dedicated Tattoo Artist category.

Tattoo Artist bookings include additional working space behind the stand for tattoo beds, chairs and equipment, allowing artists to create a professional and comfortable tattoo setup during the festival.

Tattoo artists booking a standard Retail Trader space will be allocated a regular trader pitch only and will not receive the additional workspace provided within the dedicated Tattoo Area.

All tattoo equipment and professional working materials must be provided by the artist.

Important Information

•Traders are responsible for bringing tablecloths, extension leads, lighting and any additional display materials required•
•All equipment must remain within the dimensions booked•
•Stall locations are allocated by the organiser. Specific locations cannot be requested or guaranteed•
•Spaces are curated to ensure a diverse and balanced mix of traders•
•Sharing a stand with another business is only permitted with prior written approval•
•Setup times and event information will be sent to all confirmed traders closer to the event•
•Traders are responsible for leaving their allocated space clean and removing all waste at the end of the event•
•Traders are responsible for their own equipment, stock and public liability insurance where applicable. That Gay Creation accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage•
•Outdoor spaces operate in all weather conditions unless otherwise advised by the organiser•
•By participating, traders agree that photographs and video footage taken during the event may be used by That Gay Creation for future marketing and promotional purposes•

Cancellation Policy

By booking a space at a That Gay Creation event, you agree to the following:

By Vendor

30+ days before the event:
50% refund

14 to 30 days before the event:
No refund. Your booking may be transferred to another vendor, subject to written approval by the organiser.

Less than 14 days before the event:
No refund and no credit.

Event Performance Disclaimer

That Gay Creation does not guarantee visitor numbers, footfall, sales or revenue. Vendor fees are for participation only and are non refundable based on event performance or individual sales outcomes.
